Native Nations United is a powerful movement dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of young Indigenous youth from remote communities.
Through travel, connection, reconnection, and healing, Native Nations creates life-changing opportunities for these youth, enabling them to explore the world, engage deeply with their cultural heritage, and connect with other Indigenous youth – opportunities that would otherwise, be out of reach.
By offering Indigenous youth from remote communities the rare chance to travel internationally, Native Nations opens doors to opportunities that would otherwise remain beyond their reach. We are committed to breaking barriers, levelling the playing field, and empowering the next generation of Indigenous leaders to create change in their own communities.
With a focus on education, cultural exchange, and regenerative tourism, Native Nations facilitates experiences that foster profound connections between youth, their communities, and the wider world. These journeys not only reconnect young leaders with their traditions but also inspire them to heal through their stories and inspire others along the way.
Through these youth journeys, Indigenous and regenerative tourism trails are created to inspire international visitors to venture into more remote communities as part of their travel. This promotes regional dispersal, deeper engagement with communities, and economic benefits for Indigenous-owned and operated experiences that give back to people, place, and environment.
Key Focus: Indigenous Youth, Cultural & Educational Exchange, Gender & Cultural Equity, Environmental Projects, Leadership, Regenerative Tourism, Sports, Arts, Language, Remote Communities, Making Change, Giving Back.
